My dog ate a grape and vomited. She's better, does she need a vet?

If you found it in Blue's vomit, that means he didn't ingest it, and he may be ok. I'd still have him checked out by a vet to be safe, as without seeing him in person, I cannot say if he will be ok or not for sure. You can wait until Monday to have him seen if he's acting normally. Best of luck.

Oh no, poor Rosie! Grapes are highly toxic to dogs and can cause acute kidney failure, leading to signs of lethargy, vomiting and inappetence. Rosie needs to go to an ER vet immediately, as this could be a life-threatening emergency. The vet will be able to examine her, determine her kidney values on lab testing (CBC, chemistry, urinalysis), and start her on IV fluid therapy with other supportive medications. Good luck!

The grape ingestion may or may not be related to the current symptoms. In a dog that size, 1 grape should theoretically not cause toxicosis, however, there are dogs that display symptoms after eating very few grapes, so it is not impossible. I recommend being cautious and taking Juno to your veterinarian. They will want to check bloodwork to make sure kidney function does not seem impaired. There are several other possible causes of diarrhea including food intolerance, parasites, viral or bacterial infection, and stress. When you go to your veterinarian, bring a sample of the stool so they can look for parasites. If everything looks okay, you could try a new food with a protein Juno hasn't had before, such as rabbit, venison, or fish. You may also consider adding fiber, which can be done by feeding a couple spoonfuls of canned pumpkin to the meals. Lastly, a probiotic or yogurt can add some healthy bacteria back to the system. I'm so glad you took Peanut to the emergency clinic right away and that they were able to make him vomit up the grape. The concern for the next few hours is that since they gave him medication to vomit the grape, some dogs will continue to be nauseated (despite anti-nausea medication) and will vomit again if fed or allowed too much water. So, that is the concern for the next few hours. If there is a possibility that Peanut ate any additional grapes, I would recommend having blood checked in 3 days to make sure his kidney values are normal. Otherwise, as long as Peanut returns to his normal appetite and energy level without any vomiting, there aren't any special instructions for grape ingestion that was immediately vomited. Grapes cause kidney failure, so it wouldn't affect the color of Kayda's poop. She may just have some stomach upset. Feed her a bland diet of boiled white meat chicken (no bones) and white rice in small amounts several times a day for a couple of days. Then slowly add back in her normal diet. If the diarrhea continues on the bland diet, she starts vomiting food, stops drinking water, starts vomiting water, or becomes very lethargic, she will need to see a vet right away.

Grape toxicity can cause kidney disease and failure. An increase in drinking and urination along with anorexia and vomiting are common side effects of that. These generally stay within 24 hours with the most severe starting 24-48 hours. So 2 days is the time to monitor for any toxicity

I think this may be a repetition of a previous question. If she is behaving normally there is nothing specific you can give back home as the grape is already digested by now. As said before monitoring possible signs of intoxication is the best course of action at this stage.
