Hello. I am sorry your dog isn't feeling well. What you are describing is very concerning and I would recommend bringing her to a veterinarian immediately. They will want to run bloodwork and perform radiographs (x-rays). They will likely want to have her in hospital. The cough is concerning for possible aspiration pneumonia and if she is vomiting/regurgitating after having bones she could have a bone stuck in her esophagus which can be fatal if not removed ASAP. Otherwise she may just have a bad pancreatitis or gastritis, but she could have an obstruction or a perforation or peritonitis. Wobbling and shaking and not wanting to stand is a sign of weakness and this again is very concerning. I would bring her to your emergency clinic if your regular veterinarian isn't open. I hope she feels better soon. In the future do not feed bones (raw or cooked) ever, as it can cause many issues and concerns such as the illness you are seeing now, as well as many others.
