Poor Tomy. Drinking a lot of water and a decrease in appetite suggests that he may have an infection. Because he is shaking his head I would have his ears checked first to see if he has an ear infection (otitis external). If he has a deep infection (otitis interns) in the ears, this can also throw off his balance, cause vomiting (motion sickness), and cause him to walk awkwardly. It is best it have him checked by your vet soon to be evaluated and examined thoroughly. Until you can get him in be seen, offer Tomy small portions of canned food to keep him nutritionally sound. Poor Zeus! The shaking can be a sign of pain, which would cause him to not eat or drink. He could be in pain from an injury, such as a torn ligament or muscle, or he could be in pain from an illness or infection. If he had a foreign body stuck in his GI tract, for example, that would be painful and cause him to not want to eat or drink. I think it would be a good idea to take him into your vet today for an exam given how quickly his symptoms appeared. Your vet can determine what has caused him to have these symptoms, and how best to treat it.

This could be either because of something that is bothering him in his mouth cavity or because of an ear issue (foreign body or severe infection), you need to take Duke to the vet ASAP in order to get it checked.

It is not uncommon for very small animals to feel a little chilly after drinking a lot of water, however, if Kylie continues to shiver for more than a half hour, or if this happens again I would consider checking in with your veterinarian. My biggest concern in a very young puppy with the signs you described is that she has a low blood sugar. This can worsen to the point of seizures and can be fatal if not treated. I'm quite concerned that Whitey is shaking, and won't eat or drink. I'm not so concerned about his nose being dry and warm, as that isn't a sign of illness in dogs. Given his young age and his current symptoms, I think it's best he sees a vet immediately. Please take him into one now.

Hello, sorry to hear about your pup. There are several causes for increased drinking and decreased appetite. However, it may be that he is just a bit cold. Some other causes could include anxiety. Finally underlying metabolic diseases such as kidney disease, cushings, hypothyroidism, or other forms of GI disease may cause this as well. If he continues to do this then he should be evaluated by a veterinarian. Diagnostics may include bloodwork, an abdominal x-ray, or even an ultrasound. Hope this helps and best of luck.
