It's difficult to tell age without being able to examine her, but she's likely 3-4 weeks based on the picture. You'll need to buy some dog milk replacer from the pet store and feed this for at-least the next 2- 3 weeks. The puppy at this stage is best being close to the mother. Because you don't have access to her, you'll want to create the environment. You'll need to visit your local Pet store and pick up a puppy feeding kit. This should include a breastmilk substitute/formula, a bottle, and nipples. He'll need to be fed often until he's a little older. Keep him warm with a warm water bottle and be sure to stay close. If he seems weak or unresponsive you'll need to take him to the Veterinarian immediately. The best solution would be to find his mother (if you can) and let him stay with her until 6-8 weeks of age.

Ideally, they should stay with the mother and litter until at least 8 weeks of age. This can prevent behavioral issues as they get older. They can start weaning to solid foods beginning at about 4 weeks of age. If they can stay with the mother and litter while weaning, this would be best for them in the long run.

I will attach links to find them online or you can find them at Veterinary hospitals or Pet stores. Around 6 weeks start offering puppy food, either canned or moisten dry food. By 8 weeks the puppy should be exclusively eating puppy food. You can bring Mula to the Vet to help confirm age and have him dewormed. Vaccine are started around 7-8 weeks of age. And in terms of the food -- he should be willing to eat wet food, if not dry food, at this age. So if he's not, I would highly recommend a check up with your vet to make sure everything looks ok. He may just need more time to adjust, but with such a young guy, he can get low blood sugar and dehydration very quickly, so it's important to act sooner rather than later.

At three tyo four weeks of age your puppy is way too young for vaccinations. He also needs to be with his mommy at that age and still drink milk, Please put him back with his mother or at least raise him properly with puppy milk.
