Great questions! At almost two months of age, Oscar should be fed three times a day: Once in the morning, once at midday, and once in the early evening. He should be a puppy formulated food, as he need higher amounts of protein, calories, and calcium that an adult dog and a puppy formulated food will provide that. I recommend feeding him a high quality food such as Royal Canin or Hills Science diet. Royal Canin has a GSD formulated puppy food you can feed Oscar. I would feed him according to the package instructions, and divide the daily requirement into three equal portions. When Oscar is six months, he can be fed twice a day, morning and evening. When he is one year old, he can be fed an adult formulated food.
