Is beef liver safe for my dog with pancreatitis on a low-fat diet?

Pet's info: Dog | Boston Terrier | Female | spayed | 12 years and 4 months old | 24 lbs

Is beef liver ok to feed (low fat) to a dog that has pancreatitis? Her primary vet just sd a low fat diet and careful with her proteins but did not specify which proteins are ok

It can be ok in small amounts, but do not give Lily large amounts of it. Calves liver would be better as it has less fat that beef liver, but again in small amounts. No more than 5% of the total diet.
