Hello,

If the kitten is weaned, milk can cause gastrointestinal upset as they are no longer supposed to be drinking it. Vomit and diarrhea could be caused by this, parasites, viral infections, or intestinal blockages. Foaming at the mouth can be a sign of abdominal pain and nausea. I'd recommend taking the kitten to a veterinarian. They can guide you best after a physical exam.
I hope this helps. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
