How can I help a stray kitten with a bleeding neck wound before a vet?

Hi. I recently moved to estate full with cats and I have my own as well. But noticed kitten is walking in my garden, but all his neck looks terrible like someone have bite him or rip skin off, it looks terrible, one day he came and all neck under his/her ( I have no idea) was with blood. Because I started to give him food he was comming more, he is scared of all sounds. I would like to help him, is there any powder antibiotics, would it help? Until I would catch him and bring to vet

Antibiotics in the US aren't available over the counter, and cats are picky with their food so they are unlikely to eat food that is treated with medications. You can get a live animal trap and leave food in there to try to capture the kitty so it can get proper treatment.

My stray kitten has a wound. What medicine and food should I give?

Poor little Kuri. I can't be positive, but it sounds like she may have an abscess which is an infection usually resulting from a bite wound. Wash the wound gently with antibacterial soap and rinse it well. An antibiotic such as clindamycin will usually help these infections if the gentle washing does not clear it out. Generally a kitten her age should be eating kitten food. The milk may actually cause her tummy to get upset if she is not used to drinking it. Hope this helps.

How to help a stray cat with a worsening, smelly neck wound?

Poor kitty! It sounds like he has a badly infected wound. The smelly discharge is a sign of a severe bacterial infection, so I'm afraid that he really needs antibiotics to treat the problem. You could try and catch him to take him to the vet if you want to, or call your local animal control officer to see if they could trap him and make sure that he gets the care he needs.

You should be able to borrow a Have a Heart trap or other safe trap to catch her. Then you can take her in the trap to get treated. Put food inside the trap and leave it near to where she is. When it’s dark and she’s hungry she should go inside and won’t be able to escape. This Is safe for both you and her. Once she’s treated they may spay her and release her back to your area. Unfortunately no, there isn't a cream you can put on it to heal. He has to see a vet for systemic antibiotics to treat it. Since he's an outdoor kitty who roams, he can be given a long acting antibiotic shot so he doesn't need to receive medication on a daily basis. Please trap him and bring him into a vet today.
