Hello, there is one cat coming to my place for last month and I feeding him and he seems to be very happy when he is around. I sow hin on the street starving and miserable lookin so he seems to be abandoned. However, yesterday I noticed a big wound on the side of his neck and there is a an awful smelly discharge coming out and also a light hard thing shows from it. I wipe it with an antiseptic wipes and it doesn't look like is painful. Today when he cam for breakfast the wound looks worse. Help

Poor kitty! It sounds like he has a badly infected wound. The smelly discharge is a sign of a severe bacterial infection, so I'm afraid that he really needs antibiotics to treat the problem. You could try and catch him to take him to the vet if you want to, or call your local animal control officer to see if they could trap him and make sure that he gets the care he needs.
