Check if she has milk in one or more of her teats. If so, it is possible she has kittens. When she comes to eat, catch her and take her to your vet for an exam. and then let her go again so she can go feed her kittens. She may have another problelm with her abdomen or she may have retained a kitten. So this is serious.

If the nipples are more pronounced, and the area around them is enlarged, and she’s acting strangely then she’s probably coming into heat. You’ll know by her overly friendly or different behavior. If not then I recommend having your veterinarian examine these to determine the reason and prescribe treatment if needed. This could be a swollen mammary gland that got very inflamed, it's quite common in lactating cats, you should get it checked by your vet as she may need to take anti inflammatories if it is bothering her.

This bump on Mino could be a mammary tumor. Those can be common in intact female cats. It could also be that she may have mastitis from nursing. This needs to be checked out by a vet, and I would take her into one today. Best of luck.

"Mama" is a very pretty girl! :) I agree that her abdomen definitely looks enlarged. It's possible that she could be pregnant, but the enlarged belly could also be caused by something else such as an abdominal tumor, heart or liver disease, or FIP (feline infectious peritonitis). Cats are only pregnant for 64 days on average, so if her belly has been swollen like this for more than a few weeks or so, I would be very concerned that something else is wrong. The best way to find out would be to take her to the vet for an exam - he/she can palpate her abdomen and may also recommend x-rays or ultrasound to help determine for sure what's going on.

There is no way of knowing for sure without an examination though this represents a reason to seek veterinary care. Yuki's nipples and mammary glands look like those of a pregnant cat. I see that she has not been spayed, so if she got out of the house or has been around ANY intact male cats, I think it's most likely that she's pregnant. If there is absolutely no chance that she's been around any intact male cats, then there is a chance that her body is going through a pseudopregnancy. These false pregnancies can occur due to hormonal imbalances after being in heat and usually last a little over a month. It would be best to have Yuki examined by her vet to determine if she is or is not actually pregnant in order to help you plan for her care. I hope that everything goes well!
