How to stop my cat from combining her kittens with her daughter's?

I currently have two cats (the mother, Carrot and her daughter, Rose) who gave birth only 5 days away. the issue I'm having is the mother keeps trying to combine her kittens with her grandchilren(?

You need to keep both of the separate for now, they each need to focus on their kittens fully. Put each in their own room with their own food, water, and litter box as well as any kittens who are nursing.
