Why does my senior cat vomit after every meal? What can I do?

  That does sound frustrating. It is possible that Nigel May have a GI ulcer/acid reflux for which antacids such as omeprazole or Pepcid and a stomach protectant called sucralfste may be helpful. A Royal Canin Gastrointestinal diet is likely the best diet for him unless screening bloodwork reveals a liver or kidney issue as the cause of the vomiting. An internal medicine consult at a local specialty hospital would likely provide the most answers/they may recommend endoscopy which is usually very expensive. Good luck!

Vomiting can be observed with conditions such as gastroenteritis, pancreatitis, dietary indiscretion, gastrointestinal foreign body ingestion and obstruction, among other possibilities. Sneezing is usually due to allergies. For this reason, I highly recommend that you have Tank evaluated by a veterinarian for further assessment and treatment as soon as possible as I am afraid he is likely becoming dehydrated. They would be able to check for these possibilities and also check his hydration status and give him medications to make him feel better. Good luck!

  Houdini and Cindy are so cute! Vomiting in cats can be a sign of a number of issues including food sensitivities, kidney disease, toxin exposure, or inflammatory bowel disease. It's always a good idea to have a cat examined by a veterinarian for vomiting so that blood work or other testing can be done to rule out more serious issues. They may need supportive medication like Cerenia to help stop the vomiting.
  
  If Cinny and Houdini check out okay at the veterinarian then they may need a diet change. Some diets like Royal Canin Sensitive Stomach may be helpful. Or it is a possible a prescription diet like Hill's i/d may be beneficial.
