My cat keeps going and sitting in the litter box and crying. Her poop is normal. She does pee a lot. She's 13 years old. She eats normally and drinks plenty of water. I don't know what's bothering her

I'm wondering if Angel is peeing or just trying to pee and nothing is coming out. That's because frequently going to the bathroom and crying can be a sign of a blockage due to bladder stones. That is a medical emergency, as the bladder can rupture without unblocking the urethra, and I would have Angel seen by a vet immediately. The vet can diagnose if she does have a blockage or another cause behind her symptoms (such as a UTI), and treat her for it. Please take Angel into an ER vet or find a vet on call to see her now.
