Can I safely reuse an opened Eprex injection for my pet with CKD?

I would not recommend re-using it. Once the ampule is broken, the contents are no longer considered sterile, so using them in an infection the next day, with an unsealed container, increases risk for an abscess (bacterial infection ) at the injection site). If the injections aren't helping much, talk to your vet about whether or not its worth it to continue doing them. Your vet may recommend rechecking bloodwork to see where those kidney values are at; there may be improvement that you can't appreciate on the outside, but the values may be better which would indicate that continuing the injections is wise. You can feed the royal canin indefinitely. It is safe long term. However it is ok to give some other food occasionally as well, especially if he's not wanting to eat the renal diet. As long as it wasn't over 86 F for and extended period of time, it should still be fine. Certain types of insulin can be kept at room temperature for up to 6 weeks. If you are concerned in any way, discard the bottle and get a new one from your veterinarian or local pharmacy.

Using EPO is definitely an option since your cat is so anemic. Over time, some cats will develop resistance but I have had good success with using EPO. Talk to your vet about the exact protocol and if he/she thinks it is an appropriate option for your cat. I am not sure of his kidney values but it definitely might be the best option to improve his anemia and increase his quality of life.

As long as it is unopened, you do not need to refrigerate it, room temperature is fine. once opened i recommend to transfer it to a clean jar that you should keep in the fridge and you can use it for about a month.

Unfortunately doxycycline suspension should be stored at room temperature and not be refrigerated. There is a chance that it has lost its effectiveness after being stored in the fridge, so I suggest you contact your vet tomorrow for a new prescription.
