My pregnant cat has a cold. How can I give her medicine without a struggle?

There are a few things you can do at home for her. First, you can try starting her on an L-lysine supplement - this is an amino acid that has been shown to help the immune system fight off respiratory infections more effectively. Lysine is safe to use in pregnant cats. Enisyl and Viralys are both good brands, and can be purchased over the counter without a prescription - just follow the dosing instructions on the label based on your cat's weight. If she's congested, you can also try using a humidifier or bringing her into the bathroom with the door closed while you take a hot shower - the steam and humidity help to break up congestion and temporarily relieve symptoms associated with respiratory infections.

That is difficult to say. We would have to have a diagnosis and its best that she is healthy and strong for the birth. She should be seen and also have her health checked just for being pregnant. If finances are tough, it would be best to get her spayed after she is done weaning the kittens.

There is nothing OTC that you can safely give them. It is important to keep them eating and as stress free as possible. Time in a steamed bathroom can loosen chest congestion if necessary. A respiratory infection can be quite serious in such a young kitten. Keep the kitten separate from the others if possible. Ideally, they should be examined by your veterinarian and placed on antibiotics if indicated.

Medications should be used very cautiously and sparingly in pregnant cats, and because I can't see your cats in person, I can't say if it's safe to sedate Meeyao. I would put her in a cat carrier to transport her, and put a light blanket over top so people cannot see in and she can't see out. That may make her more comfortable.
