i do not recommend giving her any medications unless directed by your vet, especially since she is pregnant. Some medications can not be used in pregnant animals. If she has an infection and needs an antibiotic than you could ask your vet if he/she has Convenia which is an injectable antibiotic that lasts 2 weeks so you would not have to give it orally.

Poor Mama cat! Hopefully she is doing ok. I'd recommend getting a vet visit for her in the near future to spay her, and consider doing an infectious disease bloodwork panel. I worry that having congenital abnormalities with the kittens might mean that she has an infectious disease. Also, if she is not current on vaccinations get those done so she is protected in the future from infectious disease.

Also this infection does not look particularly infectious (able to spread to other people or animals). I am sorry Kaos is not feeling well. I would recommend taking Kaos to a vet to determine why he is having abnormal breathing. outdoor cats are more exposed to disease because they come into contact with more. I would recommend not cleaning a litter box while you are pregnant due to possible toxoplasmosis in an out door cat. I think a vet visit would be best to make sure Kaos is okay but also he is not carrying any type of infectious disease. I hope that helps
