My old cat fell on her stomach. She seems fine, but is she hurt?

If she seems to be fine then just be sure to keep a careful eye on her to ensure she hasn't injured yourself. While petting her, take care to run your hands over her gently to see if she has any swelling or seems painful anywhere, if so, I recommend getting her seen by your vet as soon as possible. As long as she seems normal, eating, drinking, doing her daily cat routine, I wouldn't worry about it too much.

Poor Simba! There is a chance he has damaged something when he fell. For example he could have broken a rib or caused a rupture in a lung or diaphragm.
