My cat is hiding after I fell on her. Is she okay or injured?

It sounds like something caused her pain. Sometimes cats can get their toe nails caught in carpeting. This can lead to a torn nail, sprained toe or leg injury. Well that wasn't good that Isabella jumped that height! Given that she meowed and jumped on the bed, not limping or crying in pain, I would suspect she was not injured from that jump. If she was injured, she would be limping, crying in pain, and would be lethargic. I suspect she is ok, but hopefully she doesn't do that again!

I would allow your cat time to recover from this event and recommend allowing her to come out from under the bed at her own pace.
