My cat fell down the stairs she seems fine she’s eating and walking normally , I just need abit if advice on the situation?

If she seems to be fine then just be sure to keep a careful eye on her to ensure she hasn't injured yourself. While petting her, take care to run your hands over her gently to see if she has any swelling or seems painful anywhere, if so, I recommend getting her seen by your vet as soon as possible. As long as she seems normal, eating, drinking, doing her daily cat routine, I wouldn't worry about it too much.

Poor girl. As long as she is walking fine now, she likely just had a clumsy moment. I would only be concerned if her gait is still a bit off, or if she continues to randomly fall to the side and seem disoriented. These types of symptoms can indicate an underlying neurological problem, that should then be addressed by your vet.
However, if this event remains isolated, its fine to monitor her and see how things progress over the next couple of days. I hope that things continue to remain stable for your furry friend. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach and take care!

If she is acting normally, eating well, breathing comfortably, her gums are nice and pink and she doesn’t seem pain when you pick her up or lightly press on her belly and she is not limping , then I would just watch her very closely over the next 24 hours. If any of these signs develop you may want to consider having her evaluated at that point. Cats can be pretty amazing with falls sometimes!

She may need x-rays to look for any broken bones. Based on these results, medications can be prescribed to help her feel better. If you can't find any emergency vet in your area then you should just monitor him closely, the main thing to watch is the breathing and respiration rate (should not be over 35 breaths per minute), if he seems fine that is already a miracle, you will still need to take him to the vet once it opens to make sure there are no fractures or internal injuries.

I would recommend Brownie see a veterinarian today to be sure she hasn't sustained any injuries that are not directly obvious, such as a head injury, just to be on the safe side. Sometimes injuries may not be noticed at first after a traumatic event such as a fall from a window, even if they land on their feet, so I would recommend Brownie get looked at by a veterinarian today if possible.
