You should treat his fleas with a flea medication adequate for his age, Frontline is safe to use in cats over 8 weeks of age and weighing over 1.5 lbs. He should be dewormed to get rid of his tape worms, this could potentially be done at a free clinic around you community, and at that same place look at his eye. Poor kittens! Eye infections can be viral or bacterial. Unfortunately you’re not likely to clear an eye infection with at home care. Just like with humans, these guys require antibiotic eyedrops which you will need to get from the veterinarian. I recommend to call your clinic and make an appointment ideally today. Eye infections in young kittens can become serious and cause permanent damage to the corneas. Bring the whole litter and the mother. Certainly cleaning off the teats and the rest of the environment will help but all the kittens have been exposed at this point. Do not use that for the eye infection! It will not work. If she has an eye infection, she has to see a vet. Vets are considered essential services so you can take that kitten into the vet.
