My kitten ate too much, is vomiting and tired. Should I see a vet?

This is a medical emergency, and you cannot do anything at home for Kitty. He has to see a vet now. Please take him into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. I recommend getting your cat seen by your vet or an emergency vet right away. Cats need to eat, if they go more than a few days without eating they can develop serious liver problems which can be fatal. Continuous vomiting for so many hours is very exhausting and dehydrating, so your kitten likely needs some medical intervention to get better. Your vet will do an exam, labwork, possibly x-rays, and based on these results, your vet will have a better idea what is going on and can better advise you about treatment options.

Poor Moe! From what you're describing here, I'm afraid he sounds quite sick. Vomiting, not eating, and acting lethargic are always very concerning symptoms, especially since he's been sick for 2-3 days now and seems to be getting worse. Unfortunately, these are very vague symptoms that could be caused by almost any kind of illness, so it's hard to say what might be wrong without being able to examine him and run some tests. I do think that this sounds like a serious, potentially life-threatening problem that shouldn't wait until tomorrow, so I would recommend taking him to an emergency clinic today to be seen. If you're not sure where to go, try calling your regular vet's office - their voicemail message should have contact information for your nearest ER or an on-call doctor for emergencies.

I would err on the side of caution and get them seen today if you can, tomorrow, especially if they don't seem better. The vomitus looks like a hairball to me, but it's hard to tell. They may have overeaten, but unless that's something they already do, given the opportunity, I don't see that being as likely as something else, possibly getting into something they shouldn't have. Your vet will do an exam, possibly bloodwork, and maybe more//other diagnostics depending on what they find. Based on these results, your vet will have a better idea of what's going on and be able to recommend a treatment plan if needed.

You can probably wait until the morning to take him in to your regular vet. Just try to keep him calm and comfortable until then the best you can. If he starts crying out in pain for no reason, is vomiting without stopping, or having any bloody vomitus or diarrhea you should take him in tonight. Otherwise he will likely be ok until morning. If the kitten is vomiting, hiding, or otherwise acting ill, it would be best to bring it to a vet ASAP. It is very possible the kitten is ill, has eaten something it shouldn't or may be injured. If the kittens or mom are not vaccinated, illness and disease can also be easily spread among them. The kitten may also be partially feral (which is why it draws away), however if it is actively vomiting, a vet visit is needed.

This is very concerning and very abnormal. Vomiting in cats can be caused by primary issues with the gastrointestinal tract, dysfunction of the organs, infection, intolerance to a diet, etc. Either way, this is very concerning and KitKat should be seen by a veterinarian ASAP for examination and potential diagnostics.
