My kitten was stepped on, breathing funny, and limping. What to do?

Oh no, poor Fors! I'm sorry to hear that he isn't feeling well. Fors' appetite changes and heavy breathing could be a sign of pain. I'm gland to hear that he has sensation and the ability to move his feet, but being unable to walk and falling over are certainly not normal and could be due to a fracture (leg, pelvis or back) or progressive neurologic disease. At this point, Fors should be examined by a vet immediately so that he can be examined and have any necessary diagnostics and treatments performed. I hope that all goes well!

Ouch! Poor kitten! Please take the kitten to a veterinarian as soon as possible. They are delicate and when stepped on a broken bone or internal trauma can happen. At the very least a veterinarian can prescribe pain medication. Please remember, there are no safe over the counter pain meds for cats or kittens.

That is very concerning and he needs to be examined by a vet to determine the extent of his injuries and determine the best way to treat. Please call your vet or take him to an emergency clinic so he can be examined right away. He may need an anti-inflammatory and other medications to treat the trauma.

Grey should really be seen by a vet as soon as possible., If this is not an option, you should keep him rested and offer small amount of water and liquid food every 2-3 hrs. You may have to use a syringe if he is not taking food by himself. Unfortunately, human painkillers are dangerous to cats and there are no home remedies either that can be helpful for Grey. It is hard to say what happened to him, he may have broken limb, muscular discomfort or painful abdomen from internal organ trauma. He needs full clinical assessment to find out what has happened.

Poor Simba! There is a chance he has damaged something when he fell. For example he could have broken a rib or caused a rupture in a lung or diaphragm. It may just be that he's in a bit of pain from being bruised. However I would go to the vet to have an exam just because it could be something serious.

Poor kitty! Your pet sounds like he needs to be hospitalized and properly diagnosed to find out the underlying cause of his illness. They will likely need to run some tests (bloodwork, x-rays, etc) in order to diagnose what's wrong. Whether that be an internal musculoskeletal injury, heart condition, stroke, etc. I am not sure what injections your pet was given, but it definitely doesn't seem like it is enough treatment for your very ill pet. Poor Blue! Symptoms of a broken rib would include fast or labored breathing, and crying or acting painful when her chest is touched. In some cases, you may even be able to feel a fracture by running your fingers over her rib cage. If she was stepped on, she could also have other internal injuries such as damage to her liver, kidneys, or spleen, bruising of the lungs, or internal bleeding. If she is acting painful or lethargic, I would definitely recommend having her examined by a vet as soon as possible - she may need x-rays to help determine the problem and find out what can be done to help her.
