Even if you are not able to locate his pain, it sounds like he is sore if he is limping. There is a viral disease in kittens that can cause a fever, lameness and ulcers in the mouth. Poor Simba sounds very weak and it does sound like she is ill and in pain. She could have been injured, she could be suffering from a systemic illness, or she could have an infection. Her symptoms are very general, so it's hard for me to narrow down more what could be going on with her without seeing her in person. Given her age and the fact that she is has been like this all night and day, taking her into the vet now would be the best option. The vet can diagnose what is causing her to behavior like this, and can treat accordingly.

Kittens are susceptible to many different infections, both viral & bacterial. A heavy parasite burden from coccidia, or roundworms can also wear a kitten down & leave it weak. Pascal is too young & small to try & fight this off on his own. He needs to be seen by a veterinarian as soon as possible. If you can not have him seen tonight or tomorrow, pick up some Nutrical from Petco tomorrow, & try to give him small amount frequently throughout the day. This is a high calorie supplement to hopefully keep his energy up. Then please try to have him seen by your veterinarian as early as possible on Monday. I hope he does better soon. It sounds like Rollo definitely needs to be seen by veterinarian. Multiple episodes of vomiting and difficulty walking indicate a serious problem. Your veterinarian may recommend blood work to get a better idea what's going on and will likely administer fluids to help rehydrate her.

Unfortunately, there are a lot of issues that can cause this, so a vet visit is best. Neurologic issues from birth, muscular or nerve issues in the body, illnesses, toxicities, etc are all potential causes that could cause a cat to not be able to walk, stand, or fall over.
