What's the best shampoo for my kitten? Is baby shampoo safe?

He is a young kitten so bathing him shouldn't be as scary as it would for an adult cat. He will likely just be scared and try to climb out of the tub or climb you. This should be fine as long as it isn’t a whitening shampoo and it is just that the color of the shampoo is literally white. If it is a whitening shampoo I would just read the label carefully as some could mess up Jan’s hair. I generally do not recommend bathing cats at all, if you have some dirt spot issues you can use baby wipes with a tiny amount of peroxide, it will almost always do the job. The shampoo itself is safe, but again, if you ask me- don't do it. and it you chose to do it, definitely do not do it regularly.
