Is this a normal colour for the skin of the inside of my 9 week old white kittens ears? It looks like its dyed a bright blue/purple colour, obviously it is not dye but i am unsure what it is, it is in both ears and symetrical lines on his skin under his fur running from his ears to his eyes, he is fine in himself, eating playing etc, havenot been able to get him to drink water though, only kitten milk

Yes, that is a normal skin color. The white fur and pale skin highlights subcutaneous blood vessels. You can mix water in with the kitten milk replacer suchor feed a canned kitten food to increase fluid intake.
