My kitten bit a power cord and got shocked. What should I do?

That looks like a burn from biting on the electrical cord. The soft tissues in her mouth can take a couple of days to show the wound from the electric shock. Take her to the vet tomorrow for a full exam, they will pay particular attention to her mouth and lungs. There are no home remedies that i recommend for this.

Prognosis for pulmonary edema secondary to electrocution is extremely guarded. We often try diuretics (which is what I assume they have put Nova on) but it's not very effective at removing fluid from the lungs when it accumulates due to electrocution injury. Honestly, the most helpful therapy is to provide supplemental oxygen while the injury heals. This should be done in the least stressful manner possible, preferably in an oxygen cage in the hospital where supplemental oxygen can be blown into the cage to increase the relative oxygen content of the air there. I would be sure the check her mouth for any lesions which can be seen with electric shock, checking the gums/tongue/inside of the mouth. Also keep an eye on the nose. I expect she was just stunned by a mild static shock unless your record player is malfunctioning it shouldn't cause her a severe shock unless she was chewing on the cord.

Poor Luna! The incident may have caused some internal damage to her throat area or inner ear and may cause her to be painful. I recommend having Luna seen by a vet as soon as possible, who will be able to take some x-rays to see if there is any damage and the extent of it. The kitten should be physically examined by your veterinarian. X-rays may be needed to rule out a fracture. If it is a bite, it is likely infected, given the amount of swelling, which would require antibiotics and pain management.

It really depends on how severe the damage is. If it is simply a case of some swelling the treatment may simply be to let her rest. However if she seems painful or is acting strangely then she would need to go to the vet as and possibly get an anti-inflammatory mefucation. They may need to do investigations also. Don't give her any at home painkillers as many are toxic to cats.

This sounds terrible. The dog seriously injured this kitten. You need to get her to a vet immediately if you want her to have any chance at survival. I doubt she is napping, she may be unresponsive due to trauma. Please get this kitten to a vet.
