Kitten's mouth bled, voice hoarse after getting stuck. What to do?

Poor kitty. Do a really good check of kitties mouth and see if you can identify the source of the bleeding. If it is coming from the tongue and if it has stopped bleeding for the most part, but only starts again after kitten eats, then this may be manageable at home. Get kitty a pet friendly oral rinse from your local pet store and flush the mouth daily to keep things from getting infected. Then I would make sure that kitty eats soft canned food only to avoid friction on the tongue and hopefully keep the bleeding episodes to a minimal. The tongue heals relatively quickly in most cases (within a few days), so anything beyond that would concern me that there is potentially another source of the bleeding, at which point it may be best to have kitty seen by your vet for a thorough exam.

Poor Bubblu! It's very concerning that she was bleeding from the nose and mouth and seemed unresponsive at first - so I would be worried that she may have some serious internal injuries, even if she seems okay right now. I'm afraid there is no way that you can determine this at home, so she really does need to see a vet right away. If you call your regular vet's office, their voicemail or answering service should have information about where the nearest emergency clinic is, or contact information for an on-call veterinarian who can see your kitten tonight.

This could be something else such as a mass which is why it has not resolved or perhaps an abscess that is not sensitive to the antibiotics that were used. Keep little Muse calm and quiet and schedule a vet visit as soon as possible to evaluate the tooth and get pain medication if needed. It’s hard to tell if that adult canine is damaged or not- if so, dental X-rays or a dental cleaning and extraction may be recommended. If she seems not to want to eat, offer some canned food which may be easier to eat with a hurt mouth. I absolutely DO NOT recommend giving any sort of over the counter pain medication to Muse as they can be life-threatening and can interfere with medications your vet may want to use.

Oh no, poor Raven! Do not give her any human pain medications! Many are toxic to cats and are fatal if given. It is concerning that her mouth is swollen, but it's good that she is eating and drinking. I would feed her only canned food for now or soak her dry food with gently warmed low sodium chicken or beef broth to make it soft for her to eat. I would have her checked out by a vet first thing in the morning if her mouth is still swollen, or she stops eating or drinking. If the swelling has gone down overnight, then feed her the canned or softened dry food for a couple of days before switching back to her normal food. I hope this helps!

I am very sorry that Kitty has his sore near her lip. Thank you for proving pictures, it is difficult to know precisely what caused this lesion it may have been a cat scratch, a traumatic puncture from for example a fence, or possible a primary skin like feline acne, or allergic disease. At this stage it appears to be slightly crusted and inflamed and I would suggest a trip to the veterinarian. The vet will most likely clean the wound and debris any necrotic material. The vet may also send home pain relief, anti inflammatory medications and / or antibiotics. The vet will also be able examine the area and reach a diagnosis. This type of wounds must be considered always infected. A check up, appropriate disinfection and possibly antibiotics (oral, topical or in a shampoo formulation) are needed to solve the problem. Disinfection may be started at home with very diluted hibiscrub or betadine or salted water baths.
