My kitten ate soap bubbles from the sink. Should I be concerned?

That should not cause any major side effects at all but would require some monitoring over the next 2 hours at least. Any abnormal signs like inappetence, lethargy, vomiting or hypersalivating or being off balance while walking would required to be checked by your local veterinarian.

There is a chance of toxicity with ingesting dish soap. Dish soap is listed as a non-ionic detergent, and you will see vomiting and diarrhea if she digests it. I recommend trying to get her to wash the rest off, and the monitor her. If she does starting vomiting and having diarrhea, you need to take her to your vet right away. Your vet will have to administer treatment, as inducing vomiting is not recommended because it will do more harm than good. Next time you wash your cat, I'd recommend a pet shampoo to do it.

Hello, sorry to hear about your kitty. He could be vomiting from irritation caused by the bubble wrap. Alternatively, your kitten may have gotten into something else that you did not note. You should bring him to a veterinarian if he vomits more than 3-4 times in a day, if he becomes lethargic, or he loses his appetite. Otherwise, he may get over this on his own within a few days. I'm so sorry that Simba is not going well. You didn't mention how long ago he might have ingested the soap. We will see mostly GI signs (vomiting and diarrhea) with most soap ingestions, but some soaps have ingredients that cause damage to the lining of the GI tract and can require much more intensive treatment.
