Depending on her age, the kitten may not be able to break down the milk sugar called lactose much like people with Lactose Intolerance. I wouldn't advise giving milk since it can cause cramping, diarrhea, and gastrointestinal upset. I would advise getting her to your veterinarian right away for an examination. Depending on her age they will advise you on pertinent testing (Feline Leukemia, Feline Immunodeficiency Virus), vaccinations, and deworming to get her off on the right track. What a cutie pie! A shorkie is certainly a possibility, as would be a cross with a maltese (morkie), a chihuahua (chorkie) or really any smaller breed dog. Or she could potentially be a chichuahua cross as they can have this color pattern as well. If you truly want to know her breed makeup you can do a genetic test. The Wisdom panel https://www.wisdompanel.com/ is one you can order online yourself, or your vet may use another test such as one made by Royal Canin.

This poor cat looks like a mess! How lovely of you to take her in. She looks like a domestic short hair to me from your pictures. Without seeing her in person, there is no way I can say if she is pregnant or not. She definitely needs a vet visit asap. She needs to be cleaned up, have a health check done, and the vet can determine if she is pregnant or not. Please take her into a vet now.

I would say that he has some characteristics of a Newfoundland and a Bernese mountain dog. I would say that he is likely to be a medium-sized breed dog to perhaps a bit larger. Good luck!

Be sure they are staying clean with no formula, urine or feces on their fur. This may entail daily sponge baths and changing bedding/towels at every feeding. If they do not improve, discuss other things with their veterinarian such as testing for ringworm or parasites.
