How to know if my cat is a purebred Persian without certifications?

Cute cat! It would be hard to tell just by looks what breed she is, however I see some possible oriental background with the longer face, perhaps mixed with a domestic shorthair. The best way to find out breed is through a genetic breed test, which usually only requires a cheek swab that is then sent to a lab. It might be worth doing if you're curious about her breed!

He is so cute! I can't tell you based on pictures alone. A pixie bob usually has a shortened tail and I can't see his in the picture. They also have an orange belly. I suspect if you didn't get him from a breeder he is probably just a domestic short hair. Kisses to Keanu!

Unfortunately, if you have to ask then Gatoua is probably not a Khao Manee. This is a breed that is rare outside of Thailand and typically comes with a pedigree, or paperwork confirming breed and lineage. That said, you can always submit a sample for DNA testing. It is impossible to tell from the pictures if this cat is single or double coated (especially in a white cat) - double coated cats have a short, soft coat underneath with longer guard hairs as an overcoat. It is very difficult to predict in kittens if this will be short, medium or long coated but the distinctive short nose and head structure of a pedigree persian does not appear to be developed here. The bald patch on the nose could be ringworm or also possibly a healing ulcer from herpes virus infection - both of these would be expected to grow back

What a beautiful cat! Judging by her coat color and quality she very well could be a Turkish Angora, however there is no way to know for sure. If you don't have papers on these kittens, they are almost certainly "Domestic Shorthairs" and "Domestic Medium hairs" (that third picture looks like a medium hair). This is the most common breed in the U.S., and the vast majority of cats here are this breed. Hope this helps.
