My horse has an infected eye. What should I do for a corneal ulcer?

Dear sir It is obseved that one eye of my cow is infected. Please give me advice and medicine for the same. Photos are attached. Thanking you.

There is apparently a quite deep corneal ulcer on the left eye of your horse.
Immediate veterinary attention is required as the eye can get perforated. Antibiotic eye drops are required.
