Why is my female cat not grooming and has a yellow, smelly discharge?

Hello. This looks like a very severe infection. The topical washes that you are using may be irritating the area more as they are not formulated for feline skin. This kitty really needs to see a veterinarian to be examined and treated. At minimum, she needs a prescription antibiotic. Your vet may want to do a urinalysis or an X-ray . Please try to have her seen ASAP.

I'm glad she is acting OK but this is not normal. The color of the discharge indicates and infection and if left untreated can cause major problems. I suggest you get her examined by a vet at your earliest convenience.

I would recommend cleaning this several times per day with a spray such as malacetic conditioning spray and apply to the area until resolved. This product can be found online quite easily. As Mia is not spayed, there is a possibility that she has a uterine infection, which could cause sepsis, Please take Mia to your vet ASAP for an exam. Your vet will want to do an x-ray or ultrasound to check her uterus. If she has a uterine infection (pyometra) then she will need surgery.

The mouth problem is not related to the urinary infection and it's not likely to be related to the antibiotic shot either, you should take her back to your vet to get it checked and treated, she might be suffering from gum inflammation.

Cats don't normally have discharge even when they are in heat. I would be concerned about a condition called pyometra. This is a major infection in the uterus and requires a spay procedure to remove the infected uterus. I would recommend taking her back to the vet for evaluation. It may be necessary to do blood work and abdominal x-rays to diagnose if she has a pyometra. That may be the source of the unknown infection for which she was recently treated.
