Can you please tell me what the longest time length should be for a little dwarf hamster to take the antibiotic Enrofloxacin twice a day for a .15 dose?

It is typically given for 7 to 14 days. It can be given for longer depending on the condition being treated. If your veterinarian prescribed it, there should be clear directions for use.
