My cat is throwing up spaghetti worms. Are they a risk to my kittens?

Those pictures are fuzzy but I agree it looks like those could be worms. Cats will vomit up round worms (most commonly) which can spread to humans. I recommend to play it safe and have Mouse examined and treated by the veterinarian. He should be checked for other types of worms as well that you cannot see. He will need treatment for the worms and I also recommend to discuss getting him on a monthly preventative to help decrease the potential for future infestations. I’m going to guess that this is a roundworm. It can be difficult to identify adult worms but it is usually much easier to identify eggs in a stool sample. I would recommend seeing your veterinarian for a stool analysis and to get the appropriate deworming medication.

Worms! Roundworms or hookworms would be my guess, they look like vermicelli noodles. Tapeworms are also possible, they are flatter and often break off into small pieces. I would recommend that you have Violet examined by a vet and tested for intestinal parasites to make sure that she receives the correct medication.

I suggest you get Milo to your vet for an exam, fecal testing and deworming. If a cat is vomiting up worms then there is probably a bad infestation. If he has roundworms he could have other types of worms too. The infestation can be so bad that he could get an intestinal obstruction which is certainly life threatening. Yes - a wormer designed for roundworms is the best option. Be sure to follow all directions as regards minimum age for use (some should not be used before 9weeks etc), correct species and weight and to repeat treatment at the correct frequency. If she is vomiting frequently, a spot on medication may be more useful to ensure she does not vomit the oral treatment before it has time to work. Your kitties probably have fleas and when they groom themselves they ingest the fleas which transfer tapeworm. The white sesame or rice like worms are tapeworm proglottids and can be killed by a wormer containing praziquantel. When they vomit worms they have a severe infestation and it is necessary to worm your kitties preferably under supervision of your veterinarian as the death of so many worms all at once can cause side effects which make your kitties ill. Your kitties' worms cannot infect you. Yes they can sleep on your bed, however it is very important for the health of your cats that you take a fecal sample to your veterinarian for a fecal exam and that you tell your vet that one of your cats actually vomited worms so he can give you the proper wormer for them.
