My cat got perfume on her. Is it harmful or will she be okay?

It is unlikely that it is toxic to Bella, but you should keep an eye on her for any vomiting or lethargy over the next several hours. It's not toxic, but if he ingested some, then it can cause him to vomit or have diarrhea. It will also irritate Ringo's skin, so it's best to rinse him thoroughly with cool water for 15 minutes. Repeat the rinse tomorrow. For now, only use water and not shampoo during the rinsing. I hope that helps and all is well with Ringo.

I do not think you have to worry much. Even if your dog had ingested some of the perfume, there is not enough alcohol to hurt her. However her sense of smell may be impaired for a few hours.

Hi! Callie should be okay but I’d recommend giving her a bath in warm water using a mild soap (or ideally a pet shampoo). Make sure it all washes off well and she dries out. Hope that helps and thanks for using Pet Coach!

If Boo ingested any through grooming I would expect stomach upset such as vomiting or diarrhea. If you wiped him down immediately and he is otherwise acting fine there is likely nothing to be worried about. If he has any abnormal signs mentioned above or is just not acting himself I would recommend that you have him checked out by your veterinarian.

Hello and thank you for reaching out to Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. As long as your cat doesn't eat/drink an excessive amount of this shampoo, she should be just fine. And as long as you didn't get any into her eyes, she should be OK. In the future, it is not recommended to use human shampoos on animals - there are special animal shampoos that are not as irritating if gotten into the eyes, and nontoxic if consumed. I recommend monitoring for any vomiting, diarrhea, decreased appetite, or any neurologic signs such as tremors or seizures. These could indicate a toxicity. If she is squinting her eyes, this could mean you got shampoo in her eyes and caused damage to her corneas. If you see any of these signs, she should be seen by a veterinarian right away.
