My cat miscarried, won't eat/drink, skinny. No vet. What to do?

Hello. I am sorry that Binx isn't feeling well. It sounds like Binx is very sick. If she isn't wanting to eat or drink then she could have a retained baby inside that is rotting and making her sick. That would be the biggest concern, and is fatal if untreated. The other kittens dying could also mean that she has a problem with her milk, or a virus, and this could be making Binx sick as well. I would strongly recommend taking Binx and the two survivors to the vet as soon as possible to be assessed. Good luck with Binx.

Loss of appetite, vomiting and diarrhea can be observed with many conditions such as gastroenteritis, dietary indiscretion, kidney disease, pancreatitis, among many other possibilities. I recommend that you have Miu reevaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment as she has not improved in the treatments they have recommended so far. You really need to have Lilli to a vet for exam. Something is obviously wrong. You can't leave her like this to vomit every day and be miserable. With the hair loss, she could have ringworm, mange or any number of diseases. Again, a vet visit is needed to figure this out. Also, I suggest you have her spayed so she doesn't get pregnant anymore. Obviously that took a toll on her body.

I'm sorry Frankie isn't well! It is possible that she is pregnant, but I would also be concerned that this discharge you are seeing is from a pyometra. A pyometra is a life threatening infection of the uterus that requires immediate medical attention. Leaving it untreated is fatal. It's also serious she won't eat. When cats don't eat for a period of time, they develop a fatty liver which is fatal without treatment. I would take Frankie back into a vet immediately. The vet can diagnose what is causing her discharge and why she isn't eating, and can treat her. Please know that if she does have a pyometra, spaying her is part of the recommended treatment. Rapid breathing is very concerning that she is having life-threatening complications. They can get a severe infection and/or lose a lot of blood when they miscarry. These are likely reasons for the rapid breathing, which indicates that she cannot get adequate oxygen in her body. I know vets can be expensive, but she really needs emergency treatment to keep her from suffering. You may be able to get Care Credit or some other form of credit at the Vet's Office if money is a concern. You may also try to contact a local animal shelter to see if they can offer any help. I'm really sorry to hear about this and hope she can get to the vet soon.

The only way to be sure there are no kittens left is for your veterinarian to do an exam and likely an x-ray of her belly to make sure there's no kittens still present. It maybe she only had one kitten. But it is also possible she's not wanting to eat because she could be having complications of labor. I recommend having your veterinarian do an exam to make sure there are no further issues.

Poor Murphy! If she is not eating or drinking she could indeed be injured, and should be seen by a veterinarian right away. Please search for a 24 hour veterinary clinic in your area if your regular veterinarian isn’t available. It is also possible that Murphy could be pregnant, and you will need to see your veterinarian asap to help provide care for this as needed, and consider having her spayed to prevent unwanted litters. Spaying stops the heat cycle, eliminates the risk and cost of unwanted breeding, and early spaying can reduce the risk of uterine and ovarian cancer, as well as reduce the risk of potentially fatal uterine infections and breast cancer. If you are unable to take her to a vet, call your local Humane Society or shelter to see if they can direct you on where to go for help.
