Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach!

At over 1.5 years old it is normal to stop growing. Most cats have reached their skeletal size before 1 year of age. Genetics play in to how skeletally big an animal or person will be. Either Wilkie has some small relatives are he is just abnormally small from a mutation. There is nothing you can do and if he is healthy otherwise enjoy is cuteness and him looking forever young!

Have a great day!
