The tiny bit will likely pose no serious risk of toxicity. Monitor for lethargy, vomiting, diarrhea, a change in thirst or a change in urination. Unfortunately, an exact toxic dose for grapes has not yet been determined.

Cats are much more sensitive to garlic's toxic effects than dogs appear to be. Using this product for a cat would not be recommended. As an alternative, you can purchase bulk brewer's yeast and mix 1/2 teaspoon into your cat's meal once daily as a supplement.

Not to worry - a small piece of grapefruit flesh is not toxic. Peels, seeds, stems, or leaves of citrus fruits could cause neurologic concerns, but a small amount of fruit is unlikely to cause any major issues. First of all, it does interact (and decrease the effectiveness of) certain antibiotics so if she is an antibiotic, the answer is probably no. Second, there are reports of kidney damage from the use of colloidal silver in people. As cats are more at risk for kidney disease anyways, I am always a little hesitant about it. Last, long term consistent use can be associated with metal toxicity (rare). All that being said, a conservative dose from a knowledgeable holistic vet for a short time is likely safe. It's not a medication that we use in the United States. I could not find a lot of information on its use in cats. In humans, side effects of this medication include abdominal pain, vomiting, and diarrhea. It is closely related to metronidazole, which is a medication that needs daily dosing. Overdoses of metronidazole can cause seizures and other neurologic symptoms. Since I haven't examined Kiki, it is illegal for me to give a dose of any medication for her. You might talk to your vet about other options for treating the giardia. Some medications can be compounded into other formulations, like a cat treat.

As grapes and raisins are toxic to most dogs, and a cause has not been established yet, I would not give anything with grape ingredients. So personally I would not recommend this gel. If you want to give your dog a treat, boiled carrot pieces, green beans are great and healthy, and and if you want to give a commercial dental treat, Greenies are recommended.
