It can be scary when there's a possibility your cat is sick! Lethargy is seen as a cat acting very tired, not wanting to move much, little interest in getting pet, sleeping a lot more than normal. Personally in my opinion, I always thinks it's best to be safe than sorry, and if you'd feel better taking her into the vet, that's absolutely fine! You may rest easier knowing everything is ok with her, and if she does seem a little tired, a vet visit may be a good idea. I am unsure if the grape seed oil could cause the same toxicity as the whole grape, since the exact mechanism by which grapes cause kidney disease is not fully understood. Therefore, Marshall should have his kidney values monitored by your veterinarian for the next 72 hours as a precautionary step. It’s likely that the oils could have caused him some nausea, and if he ingested a large amount of this then he could have a bit of an upset stomach. Alternatively, he could have been drooling for some other benign reason and perhaps there is nothing wrong with him. You would need a relatively high amount of yeast to cause your cat a serious toxic effect, it is in fact the alcohol from the yeast that is problematic and can cause toxicity, if she just licked a little bit of yeast she is not likely to show any symptoms.

I think your cat should be fine. They have to actually ingest the garlic and a clove in her water bowl should have shed enough material into the water to affect her. Of course, keep an eye out for any adverse symptoms, such as vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy, loss of appetite. If she displays any signs of illness, get her in to see your vet right away.
