I gave my cat 0.5 ml of Ferrous sulfate because I thought that is the right thing but I figured out a couple of minutes later that I should have only given him 1 drop and I am scared cuz he vomited a little and seems lethargic what to do? is it poisonous?

Yes, it is poisonous when overdosed. Snowy should be checked by a veterinarian with the exact amount of iron that you have given and the time. He will likely need intravenous fluids and decontamination ( gastric lavage ). It can be potentially life threatening if left untreated causing liver failure and fatal consequence. Hopefully the dose is not too high, however the symptoms you describe are typical of the intoxication and therefore concerning.
