My cat is 1 year old. Should she still eat twice daily like a kitten?

hey, i was just wondering how long do you class cats kittens for. my cat just turned one and im not sure if she still needs to be fed twice a day. thank you

Great question! Kittens are considered adults when they reach one year of age, but I'd still recommend feeding Merlin twice a day. Eating only once a day is a long time between meals, so it's best to break up her daily allotment of food into two equal portions to be fed twice a day. I hope this helps :-)

    She is very young so she can eat small quantities every couple hours, that's absolutely fine, in the future it might be better if you extend time between meals though, usually two large meals a day are enough for an adult cat.
