I am sorry Teddy is not feeling well. I would recommend taking Teddy to a vet for a good physical exam and some basic blood work. With Teddy being a 7 year old cat it possible he is starting to have thyroid issues, kidney issues or even just arthritis. However with him being an outside cat we do always get concerned about parasites and toxin.
