Why is my cat eating after giving birth? Is she still in labor?

The only way to be sure there are no kittens left is for your veterinarian to do an exam and likely an x-ray of her belly to make sure there's no kittens still present. It maybe she only had one kitten. But it is also possible she's not wanting to eat because she could be having complications of labor. I recommend having your veterinarian do an exam to make sure there are no further issues.

However, sometimes it is hard to tell just by looking at them and so an x-ray would be the most helpful in determining if there are still kittens inside Halie's belly. That is a very long time for a queen to be in labor, so she is likely very exhausted. keep her food and water near her and also her litter box. She should get up after a rest. She will also be very worried about her babies, and not want to leave them alone. Try not to handle the kittens as that may cause more stress to her. I would say by the evening she should get up for a little, to either drink or go to the litter box.
