Why is my cat drooling clear, watery saliva after giving birth?

The clear fluid is likely saliva. Hyper salivation can be caused by nausea, pain, dental problems, or exposure to toxins. Because I can't see Bella in person and evaluate her, I'm going to recommend you take her into your vet now to be safe. If she is eating normally, drinking normally, behaving normally, and going to the bathroom normally, you can wait until the morning to bring her. If she has stopped hyper salivating overnight, it's up to you if you want to bring her in for a check, but I would recommend it to be safe.

I would be concerned about Zapatitos being nauseas, having infection or trauma inside the mouth or even a toxin if possible exposure. I would recommend taking her to a vet to have a good detailed exam to help narrow down why Zapatitos is hyper salivating. It is important to look under her tongue and make sure string is not attached causing a foreign body. Also you can look in her mouth to make sure you do not see any type of sores. Sometimes cats will chew electrical wires and get burns in the mouth or even have viruses that cause ulcers. All of these things can cause hyper salivation. I think a vet visit is best to help Zapatitos feel better as soon as possible.

Poor Zinnie! She could be a little nauseous or have a painful tooth or something else going on in her mouth. Since she is pregnant, I would have your vet take a look at her. Your vet will be able to determine what might be causing the hypersalivation. Your vet will be able to get her started on the best meds (if needed) that are safe for her and the kittens. If it is a tooth issue and she is still eating, the vet will likely recommend to wait until she has the kittens before removing any teeth since we don’t want to expose The kittens to anesthesia if possible. Typically excess salivation is either caused by nausea or pain (oral or abdominal), although this is not an all inclusive list. There can still be oral disease present, especially if these missing teeth were not removed but fell out. Cats can get resorptive lesions of their teeth which can be really painful and the changes can be hard for owners to detect. They can also get lesions in their mouth (stomatitis, a mass, ulcers, etc.) that an owner may not see. Additionally diseases of other body systems may cause drooling (kidneys, gi, etc ). I would recommend your kitty seeing a vet for a thourough oral exam and blood work to start. A good oral exam will likely require sedation and perhaps dental xrays. When any animal is drooling in an area where rabies is a possibility, I always check to make sure the animal is vaccinated against rabies, and doesn't have any potential rabies exposure, like going outside all the time where there are stray or wild animals around. This is the most important thing to touch on first, since rabies is transmissible to humans, and can be fatal. If Hebla doesn't have any possible exposure, and is also vaccinated, then let's move along to the first two things that come to mind when cats are drooling. I usually find that there are either dental issues - diseased or fractured teeth, or nausea - from eating something out of the ordinary, or from infection or metabolic disease. I think it would be best to have Hebla seen by her veterinarian as soon as you can. They can make sure she isn't eating something caustic that can bother her mouth, make sure she doesn't have an infection of some kind, and that she is healthy otherwise. The vet can also check her teeth and make sure she doesn't have any fractured teeth or dental disease. Stress/distress can sometimes cause a cat to drool. If she just came home today, I would give her some time to settle down and relax. If she continues to drool, or shows any other signs of illness such as loss of appetite, vomiting, disorientation, etc, bringing her to a vet ASAP is best.

I would recommend that Meeyao be examined by a vet. The symptoms you have described could have many causes, including periodontal disease, stomatitis caused by an autoimmune disease or a virus such as FIV, a tumor in the mouth, a nasopharyngeal polyp, trauma to the inside of the mouth, or ulcers in the mouth secondary to kidney failure. Most of these are incredibly painful, and it is important to diagnose the cause so that the most appropriate treatment can be selected.
