Why is my 4 month old kitten drooling? She has also been sticking her tongue out like in the picture. She is not playing how she usually does. She already has her rabies vaccines. What could it be?

I can see that Zarrah has a lot of saliva at the corners of her mouth. If this has occurred only recently, it can be a sign of nausea or hypersalivation associated with oral pain. This can be caused by toxin ingestion, sores or injuries inside the mouth, or dental disease. Certain neurological conditions that prevent swallowing can also be to blame. She should be seen by a vet as soon as possible to determine exactly what is going on and begin the appropriate treatment.
