My cat collapsed after diarrhea. What to do if no vet is nearby?

Poor Oreo! My main concern would be a possible viral infection that is affecting the nervous system. I would recommend making sure Oreo stays warm. You can take her temperature at home and monitor for a fever. I would start supplementing with taurine just incase she is deficient. I would recommend syringe feeding can cat food and you can even give her small amounts of maple syrup a few times a day. Unfortunately with such a small kitten supportive care if going to the best option until you can get her back to the vet for blood work to evaluate her organ function. Hope that helps!

He will likely need blood work and x-rays of his chest to determine why he is so sick. In the meantime, place karo or maple syrup on his gums. This will help if his blood sugar has dropped too low. I strongly suggest you take her to see a veterinarian as many of the issues you describe sound life threatening. I would take her to see a veterinarian as soon as possible. You can try offering her canned food, keeping her warm or even offering some KMR kitten formula but her condition sounds critical. Unfortunately there is not much more you can do at home without seeing a veterinarian first.

Oh no, poor Toffee! She sounds quite sick at the moment, and her vomiting and diarrhea could be caused by a GI illness, eating something rotten or toxic, a foreign body, or pancreatitis. I see that she isn't spayed, and her symptoms could also be caused a pyometra, which is a life threatening infection of the uterus. When a cat is having both diarrhea and vomiting, it's time to see a vet immediately to prevent her from getting severely dehydrated and sicker. She does need veterinary attention now, please take her into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. If there is a 24 hour clinic in your area, or if your vet provides after-hours care, then I would get Oreo in right away. There isn't really anything you can do for him at home given what you have described. Usually if you call your vet, even if they are closed they will leave a message that tells you who to call in case of an emergency. If your vet doesn't have this try other vets in your area. If your kitten has suffered a significant fall, & the diarrhea is severe, then this is a situation that is best addressed by a veterinarian as soon as possible.
