My cat fell and has severe diarrhea. Could it be internal injuries?

The soft stools could be cause by trauma from the fall, a parasite, or an infection. The best thing would be to have a vet examine him to see if he has any injuries from the fall. If you can't get him to a vet and he is otherwise acting normal then you could deworm him with a broad spectrum dewormer, feed him a bland gastrointestinal diet, and add a probiotic to his food and see if that helps clear up the soft stools.

I would still recommend taking your kitten into the veterinarian to have an x-ray performed. She may have fractured the leg and just have a small hairline fracture without bone displacement. She would still need a splint or cast placed to help the bone heal. She may also benefit from some pain medication as well. As for the blood in her stool, I would recommend having a fecal examination performed by your veterinarian. It is very common for young kittens like this to have intestinal parasites that need to be treated with specific dewormers. There are other causes of blood in the stool as well such as dietary indiscretion, foreign bodies, viruses, or stress. I'm quite concerned that she has diarrhea with bright red blood in it and is very lethargic. Based on this, I think she should see a vet now. Please take her into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. If she is bleeding a lot or is having severe diarrhea or vomiting, then seeking out care from another vet or even an emergency clinic may be a good idea. Keeping her bottom clean and dry can help, and feeding a bland meal of some boiled chicken may help as well until you can be seen.

Your kitten probably has colitis, which is an inflammation in the colon. This can be caused by stress, diet or changes in diet, and/or intestinal parasites. I would guess that Zia probably has all of these issues going on. It is not too early to take her to the vet. In fact, I would recommend it. Severe diarrhea can lead to dehydration which can be very serious in a little kitten. Poor kitties. It sounds like these kitties likely have an intestinal bug causing their symptoms. I would visit your vet to have their stools tested first to determine what bug is present, and then they can get prescribed the appropriate dewormer. No, this is not normal. Not eating is very abnormal in young kittens. Most common reasons for the behavior you described is viral disease and internal parasites. Other options are trauma (like he fell and hurt himself) and intestinal obstruction. Milo really needs to be assessed by a veterinarian as soon as possible.
