It's not uncommon for cats to vomit during travel. However with the vomiting continuing and the decrease in appetite I would be concerned this is more than car/motion sickness. If the energy level is normal for this kitten and he is acting otherwise fine, I would continue to monitor and maybe syringe feed some water if he is not drinking enough to help prevent dehydration. If it has only been twice and this last time was only a small amount, then I would likely wait and see. If there is any further vomiting through the night then I recommend taking him in tomorrow. Our pets are very talented at eating things they are not supposed to without us knowing about it, so I never take for granted the possibility. There are many reasons for vomiting, and if it resolves on its own, then nothing further is necessary.
