My cat throws up foamy vomit from car anxiety. Is this normal?

Hello, sorry to hear about Nyx. Yes, cats can get motion sickness and will vomit. Car rides may also be very stressful for kittens and stress itself may make them nauseous. For now, you can watch him at home for any more vomiting. If Nyx continues to vomit then you should have him evaluated by your veterinarian. Given that Felix had an upset stomach from the car ride, that could also be causing his vomiting. A side effect of vaccines can be vomiting, but that should pass in 24 hours. If his vomiting increases, take him back into the vet. Best of luck.

It's not uncommon for cats to vomit during travel. However with the vomiting continuing and the decrease in appetite I would be concerned this is more than car/motion sickness. Izzy should be seen by his veterinarian as he could have an infection, inflammation of his pancreas or liver, a parasite and/or even a foreign body causing his continued vomiting.
