Beast could be suffering from a metabolic disease like diabetes that can affect balance and neurologic function, for example. Head tilt could be caused by deep inner ear infection (or polyp), stroke, infection such as toxoplasmosis, stroke, or even tumor although that would be rare at her age. Since she sounds quite sick, I would recommend taking her to an emergency clinic this evening to be seen. Hi there. George may need antibiotics if his virus infection is leading to a secondary bacterial infection. These can explain weight loss, etc. He may also have ulcers around or in his mouth making him uncomfortable.
